How buying works

  1. Search in plain language. Describe what you need, with a budget or a deadline if you have one, and get ranked options rather than a wall of results.
  2. Compare what matters. Every option shows the seller, the item price, and a delivery estimate rated live for your destination, so the total is the total.
  3. Approve before anything is charged. Nothing is bought without your say-so, and you pick the delivery speed at approval.
  4. Escrow until delivery. Your payment is held and only released to the seller after you confirm the order arrived. If it never shows, the money does not move.

What it costs to buy

Nothing. Buyers pay the item price and shipping, with no fees on top and no membership. Sellers pay 5% + 50¢ on completed sales only.

What you can find

Independent makers and Shopify stores across ceramics and tableware, home goods, accessories, apparel, stationery, and gifts. Sellers connect their existing store, so the catalog is real inventory rather than a drop-ship feed.

Community markets

Some sellers sit inside a community market: a creator, club, or group with a curated shelf. Shopping through one costs you exactly what it costs anyone else, and the community earns a share of Firestarter's fee on what you buy.

Shopping with an AI agent
