The physical stuff you keep putting off and the emotional stuff you were never taught to talk about.\n\n\nIdentity and isolation. Who you are when you are not performing for someone else. And why so many of us feel alone even when our calendar is full. Loniliness is taking over for men.\n\n\nSubstance culture. Drinking is everywhere in our social lives. We are going to actually talk about that.\n\n\nThe panel is moderated by Nicholas Jain, therapist with JiVA Mental Health. The vibe is a group chat than group therapy.\nSpots are limited.
