This allows for less need to drastically reduce training.\nHOW DO I USE THEM?\nBridge Soles are ideally intended to be stacked under existing insoles, but can also be worn alone.\nBridge Soles should be used whenever anticipating excessive soreness or discomfort.\nTo maximize adaptation, it is recommended to wear Bridge Soles for short or easy outings at first. After that, start removing them for both easy and moderate outings. Finally, when comfortable, remove them for hard outings as well.\nRemoving them when not anticipating excessive soreness allows adaptation to occur while avoiding discomfort and/or injury during the process.\nOnce fully adapted, use Bridge Soles like an ankle brace.
