Please check out our Customizable House Designs and The Archive before your appointment to get an idea of what you like. Our house design pieces are available for customizations like engraving and stone changes!  If you have a vision for a full custom piece like those in The Archive, please email us before booking to ensure we are currently accepting customs.  Full customs are currently closed until fall. House design customizations remain open.\n2. Establish your budget prior to your shopping appointment; this helps our team cultivate the best selection of options for you! \n3. Keep in mind our lead times. Generally, we ask for a window of 6-10 weeks for house customized pieces, while full customs can range 8-12 weeks+.  For more info, check out our Lead Times.\n4.  Pieces purchased from our showroom typically take 2 weeks to resize, if you do not require resizing or altering, pieces from our showroom can be left with the same day.\n \nWhile not required or expected, you are welcome to share your pronouns when creating your appointment. Guest pronouns can be added in the comment section below.
