Should be applied with a low lint wiper via a pump dispenser or by spraying onto the surface using a solvent resistant pump sprayer.Should always be wiped on and then wiped off with a clean low lint wiper to ensure contaminant is removed and not just smeared around the panel. Once finished use a cloth to remove any stubborn lint or fibres before painting.
